The Groundbreaking Ceremony for Ruentex Development's Nangang Yucheng Headquarters was held on 3/24

The 5,289 ㎡ Nangang Yucheng Headquarter, which had its first sod turned today, is co-developed by Ruentex Development and Mitsubishi Estate. After its 2023 completion, the building or individual floors will be leasable. The building is next to the 2.5-hectare Xinxin Ecological Park on the west, offering a close-up view of nature comparable to Tokyo's premium Marunouchi commercial district. MRT Kunyang Station is 300 m away, which is 2 stops away from the City Hall Station in Xinyi, and connects to the Nangang Software Park to the east in an instant. The location links the biotech corridor and software conference area. The Goldsun headquarters on the north is currently under review for the permit; the urban renewal project for the Nangang Marshalling Yard on the west is under planning; the TRA urban renewal project on the south will become the Taipei headquarters of a technology company. As the area is gradually forming a corporate headquarters park, we expect investment or purchases from returning Taiwanese businesses and insurance companies.

Yucheng Corporate Headquarters is an SRC office building with 5 stories underground and 27 above ground. With a single floor covering 2,314 ㎡, the area of the entire building is 57,328 ㎡. Ruentex prioritizes engineering and designed the building to the specifications for the Golden Green Building Label, Diamond Intelligent Building, and Structure Accreditation, introducing a facility management system into Building Information Modeling (BIM) to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs. In light of the pandemic, the building feature high-end commercial facilities such as negative pressure on-the-fly exhaust, MAU, HEPA/disinfection fan units, and infrared thermometer. It's worth mentioning that the entire 2nd floor is an open co-working space providing coffee, snacks, and small conference rooms suffused in the lush greenery through window walls.
