Ruentex brings TSUTAYA to Taiwan and its revolutionary, unique "Work Style" that combines coffee and reading. In addition to their specialization in Book & Cafe solutions and tens of thousands of books, TSUTAYA also introduces SHARE LOUNGE, a new type of co-working space offering the convenience of a shared office and the comfort of a lounge. There are currently seven branches in Japan featuring this innovative bookstore–co-working space hybrid. This partnership with Ruentex in Taiwan will be the first overseas SHARE LOUNGE.

TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Songshan Station Front was renamed TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Songshan, seeking to enable customers with a "more independent, free, and personal way of working." The SHARE LOUNGE co-working space occupies 423 of the total 1256 ㎡ with 110 seats. The rest of the store offers TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE's brilliant lifestyle selections and books. It is located on 3F of CITYLINK Songshan I.

Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Nangang Yucheng Headquarter, a Smart, Sustainable Building Co-Developed With Mitsubishi Estate.

The 5,289 ㎡ Nangang Yucheng Headquarter, which had its first sod turned today, was co-developed by Ruentex Development and Mitsubishi Estate. After its 2023 completion, the building or individual floors will be leasable.
