Ruentex Yucheng Office Building has achieved WELL Platinum Certification, becoming the first commercial office building in Nangang District to receive this distinction. On July 8, 2026, Richard Chang, Vice President of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), personally presented the certification, recognizing Ruentex Innovative Development’s tangible achievements in creating people-centered healthy buildings.

Nangang’s First WELL Platinum-Certified Office Building: Buildings Designed for Everyday Well-being

The WELL Building Standard places human health and well-being at its core, evaluating how built environments support users’ physical and mental health across a wide range of aspects, including air, water, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind, and community. The WELL Platinum Certification not only reflects international recognition of the building’s healthy design and operations, but also demonstrates Ruentex Innovative Development’s long-standing people-centered approach to building development.
