As one of the companies participating in the Alliance, Ruentex Development will continue to share the latest health information and educational resources provided by the Alliance and Taiwan's Health Promotion Administration through its internal communication channels. On August 12, the Company participated in the 2026 Youth Health Forum for the first time and received an Award of Appreciation in recognition of its support for the 2026 Healthy Taiwan Friendly Workplace Initiative.

The forum focused on two key themes: “Prevention of Serious Illnesses and Care Support for Young and Middle-Aged Adults” and “Maternal and Child Health Support amid Declining Birth Rates.” Bringing together government agencies, medical professionals, patient organizations, and corporate partners, the forum provided a platform for discussing youth health, healthcare, and workplace support, with the goal of building a more comprehensive health support network.

Ruentex Development received the Happy Enterprise, 1111 Job Bank( Construction & Architecture Gold Award) for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025 and was named CommonWealth Magazine's Best- Reputed Exemplar Company Company for eleven consecutive years from 2002 to 2012, demonstrating the Company's long-standing commitment to talent development and employee well-being.

Through its participation in the Healthy Taiwan Friendly Workplace Alliance, Ruentex Development will continue to work with partners across sectors to advance health promotion and foster a supportive workplace culture.
